Mission

Maintain and strengthen the Ministry's corporate image through a
strategic communication and public relations approach.

Objective

  • Manage the planning and implementation of promotions and publicity through a comprehensive communication strategy.

  • Disseminate information about the Ministry's programs/initiatives to target groups through strategic methods and mediums.

  • Maintain good relations and corporate image of the Ministry with the public and the media.

  • Ensure customer complaints/suggestions regarding Ministry services are coordinated and dealt with effectively.

Function

  • Marketing the Ministry's program/initiative information through announcements on various appropriate communication platforms.

  • Manage the corporate communications and relations program through media monitoring/daily issues, preparation of communication plans and coordination of Treasury visit programs.

  • Media management and coordinating the announcement of the Ministry's programs/activities.

  • Public complaint management and customer service through the Complaint Management Standing Committee Meeting (JKTPA), Customer Satisfaction Survey and Client’s Charter Coordination.

Client’s Charter

  • Ensure that every client complaint received is given an initial response/acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.

  • Coordinating the content of announcements and monitoring queries/complaints on social media everyday.
