- Provide an appeal system which is fair, transparent and speedy for dissatisfied persons to appeal against the decision of the Director General of Customs
- Enhance the efficiency of the tax administration appeal system to make it more business and client friendly
Function
Register, hear and decide independently and fairly in accordance with provision of law on appeals filed by any person aggrieved by the decision of the Director General of Customs except in any matter relating to compound, penalty and seizure of goods.
