Leader in Public Asset Management.

1. To ensure policies and regulations related to asset management and public fund remain relevant.
2. To generate income through outright disposal of the Federal land, building and facilities.
3. To ensure Ministries and Departments manage assets and public funds in a prudent and orderly manner.
4. To ensure the licensed gaming activities are conducted in a controlled environment in accordance with regulations.
5. To ensure the management of office vehicles and department are implemented efficiently and systematically.

1. Planning and management of Government's asset policy.
2. Planning and execution of the monetization of Federal land, buildings and facilities through outright disposal.
3. Formulation of policy, control and supervise the management of public funds in relation to trust accounts, write-offs, advance payments and miscellaneous, compensation, revenue refunds, determination on expenses rates for non-government staff and gaming activities.
4. Management of the Office-Bearer Official Car and the Department Vehicle.
